3mm screw´s for middle carrieage

I got a 3mm x 1000x screw so I could cut it at the required length. I found a little trick that might be usefull to others. Since you do not want to damage the screwthread, place two bolts on the screwthread an clamp them togethre. When you close the bench screw the baults will turn into each other verry tight preventing the screw from rotating. Now it´s easy to cut them off.
